Infatti dice con un cucchiaio perché con un coltello si rischirebbe di togliere effettivamente, cosa che non è da farsi in questo caso.

neutral  Zea_Mays: scrape out in inglese significa ripulire (da qlc), raschiare via, non pulire; senza contare che andando a "pulire" le lamelle di un fungo con un cucchiaio ne rimarrebbe ben poco... ;-) // si usa, si usa - x un ripieno ad es. (le lam. sono delicatissime)

Credo che la logica valga qualcosa. Aldilà della tecnica del pennello, meno invasiva, il massimo che posso concepire è l'asportazione della parte più superficiale delle lamelle, cui aderisce la terra. Credo che si possa aggiungere un pò, superficialmente, appena,altrimenti il fungo non c'è più...

neutral  Zea_Mays: giusto perché oggi sono in vena di puntualizzazioni... :O) - lamelle e spugnola non sono la stessa cosa, e scrape out non è identico a to scrape (il tedesco usa termini molto simili a quello inglese, ad es. ausschaben, auskratzen etc.)
