from a CV. I expect there is no term for this in Italian because 90 days is normal payments terms in Italy :)
In the English speaking wesytern world, this is referring to overdue accounts at 90 days, which are about to be sent to the legal departments. This person was responsible for this part of the accounts department, ie, soliciting payment from overdue clents prior to legal action.
