La frase successiva dice:

La frase evidenziata potrebbe essere intesa in due modi:
1. per cambiare la fonte di energia e passare ai rinnovabili
2. per cambiare la fonte di energia per i rinnovabili (che non ha molto senso).

Tenendo presente che l'autore non è madrelingua, cosa avrà voluto dire? Passare ai rinnovabili in quanto fonte di energia?
