I suggest sticking to immobiliare sociale or di immobili sociali. My other point is prefacing any translation with sezione, servizio or il reparto.

Example sentence(s):
  • conservazione e accrescimento del patrimonio immobiliare
  • Il patrimonio societario. Per quanto intuibile, quanto sopra non sta certamente a significare che il patrimonio della società di persone “non esista”

Asker: Thanks for the answer, however, I don't understand why the examples you wrote don't reflect the solution you have proposed... Also, I saw you work in many language pairs, but Italian is not one of those...

Asker: Thanks! But what do you suggest? This is not clear to me... (sezione di) conservazione immobiliare sociale? patrimonio immobiliare? patrimonio societario? dominio pubblico? It looks like these are all very different terms.
