This title, then, is trying to say something about the *increase* in sales of organic products, as well as referring to the *simplicity* of organic food. Più bio. E' semplice


Explanation:
Ti propongo questa soluzione perché "bio" si usa molto negli slogan e nei nomi di società di prodotti biologici (come Almaverde Bio), per cui è in testa alla gente. Naturalmente se preferisci puoi lasciare "biologico" tutto intero.
Inoltre in questo modo "semplice" rimane aggettivo ed è quindi possibile riferirlo sia ai prodotti biologici sia all'aumento del loro consumo.
