Explanation:
Solitamente entrambi sono tradotti come "obiettivo" (per esempio gli Achievements di Xbox, sono proprio chiamati Obiettivi).

Nel tuo esempio specifico forse bisognerebbe capire, dal contesto, che tipo di obiettivi/elementi sono esattamente gli "achievements" e trovare una traduzione adeguata.

Io proporrei questo:
- goal > obiettivo
- achievement > successo / conquista... o qualcosa di simile in base al contesto.
