Trasgressione Definition from Wikipedia: Una trasgressione marina è un evento geologico durante il quale il livello del mare si innalza rispetto alla terra e la linea costiera si muove verso la terra più alta, realizzando così un'inondazione. Le trasgressioni possono essere causate sia dall'affondamento del suolo che dal riempimento d'acqua dei bacini oceanici (o diminuzione nella loro capacità di contenimento).
