The use of the Trademark by the LICENSEE shall be limited to the Territory together with dealing and handling of the trademark during the process of manufacturing, packing and before exporting to the Territory will be at the LICENSEE’s country, Malaysia.

Per ora avrei tradotto così: "L’uso del Marchio da parte del LICENZIATARIO sarà limitato alla Zona insieme alla gestione del marchio durante il processo di produzione, confezionamento e prima dell’esportazione nella Zona sarà presso il Paese del LICENZIATARIO, la Malesia."

In realtà non riesco a capire se manca qualcosa nel testo in inglese... o una virgola o un soggetto...

Asker: Ciao Francesco, sono d'accordo sulla traduzione di questa parte (se vedi la mia proposta traduttiva l'avevo tradotta anch'io così), ma come ti spieghi poi questo verbo "will be at the LICENSEE’s country"? qual è il soggetto? Grazie!
