This is the paragraph in which the phrase is contained. "The Company shall not be responsible or liable to you in any respect, and you shall not bring or suffer to be brought any claim, proceeding, action, application or demand against the Company".
I don't really understand if with "....suffer to be brought" means that you cannot alow a third party to bring an action against the Company or if something different....

Il senso è che il sottoscrittore di questo contratto non può dare appoggio a cause mosse contro l'azienda da terzi. Immaginiamo p.es. che il sottoscrittore di questo contratto abbia una quota di partecipazione in un'azienda che voglia muovere causa alla controparte di questo contratto. Il sottoscrittore non può avvallare la causa seppur mossa da terzo (in particolare se il suo assenso sia determinante per poter muovere la causa). Sul "perseguire" si possono trovare altri sinonimi.
