Non capisco se si tratta di un vero e proprio processo o di una sorta di procedimento interno dell'azienda, nel qual caso sarebbe appunto meglio di parlare di "procedimento". Propendo però per la prima opzione, dato il riferimento alle leggi vigenti nel luogo in cui si verifica la molestia.
