English term or phrase: Allegation

An allegation is a statement of assertion or assertions by a third party against a customer holding a XXX certificate or being in the process of applying for a certificate (applicant) claiming that this customer is non-compliant with applicable XXX Standards, or is in breach of policies or other contractual obligations with XXX.

An allegation can be filed by anybody, including but not limited to, a customer, an NGO, a labour union, a worker or a member of the public. XXX staff members including auditors are also encouraged to use the allegation process when they receive information outside the regular certification workflow.

Chi presenta l'"allegation" viene definito "alleging party"....

Grazie mille ...
Stay safe :-)

In alternativa propongo "denuncia".
