La stessa Microsoft è però contraddittoria, e al plurale, come tu stessa hai accennato per PowerPoint, traduce il termine semplicemente con "frecce", come puoi vedere di seguito: https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/language/Search?&searchTerm=...
