io sono del parere che se esiste un traducente (in uso) in italiano, si debba tradurre. L'inglese si usa quando non esiste un corrispettivo o, se ne esiste uno, non è adeguato perché non esprime compiutamente il concetto. E poi non è detto che tutti quelli che leggono sappiano il significato (per quanto sia un testo per addetti ai lavori).

Tutt'al più, si può mettere l'espressione in italiano e poi tra parentesi l'inglese (come spesso viene fatto in questi casi), o viceversa.

TOP-DOWN: il flusso avviene dall'alto al basso, quindi dal board management ai dipendenti, e può riguardare comunicazioni di massa o destinate a una singola persona o a un gruppo/settore particolare
BOTTOM-UP: il flusso parte dal basso, quindi sono i dipendenti che trasmettono informazioni/richieste/reclami/report verso il top management

La modalità in cui verranno proposti è il percorso top-down (dall'alto al basso) del ragionamento risolutivo, si parte dall'ultima operazione da eseguire e si risale.
