Si sta parlando delle guaine o tettarelle che aderiscono al capezzolo per mungerlo. Possono essere di silicone o di gomma, a sezione circolare oppure triangolare o quadrata, come in questo caso. Non capisco né cosa vuol dire chiudersi "with full points" né "to just one point". Le immagini non chiariscono la questione. A meno che non s'intenda che il "collasso" (chiusura) avviene contemporaneamente a partire da tutti i vertici (3 o 4).
