"Stock on hand" va letto come termine unico: di solito è giacenza, potrebbe essere anche rimanenza (ma è un po' troppo specifico), volendo anche scorta.

Potrebbe quindi essere "Validation of EPOS stock on hand valuation" = "Convalida delle stime di giacenza EPOS" (EPOS credo che sia il caso di lasciarlo invariato comunque).
