inattività Explanation: Non è facile capire con un contesto così limitato. Potrebbe essere usato come sinonimo di "inactivity", quindi nel senso di "assenza di azione", in base a quanto ho trovato a questo link (che parla del GDPR) https://ico.org.uk/media/about-the-ico/consultations/2013551... "Silence, preticked boxes or inactivity should not therefore constitute consent.” Però in questo testo si dice anche che "Explicit consent must be expressly confirmed in words, rather than by any other positive action", quindi se fosse questo il caso, potrebbe anche significare un qualche tipo di azione positiva, ma mi convince meno. Su questo sito italiano ho trovato il termine "inattività" https://protezionedatipersonali.it/consenso "Non dovrebbe pertanto configurare consenso il silenzio, l'inattività o la preselezione di caselle." |

Inerzia / indolenza Explanation: Ciao Laura, concordo non è di facile interpretazione. Tuttavia sia il significato di inaction che il resto della frase mi fanno pensare, più che a inattività, a inerzia, ovvero accettazione passiva di soluzioni preconfezionate (pre-ticked boxes) e mancata partecipazione (opt-out boxes) https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/inaction https://dictionary.cambridge.org/amp/english/inaction |
