Gentili colleghi,

sto traducendo un manuale di istruzioni per una macchine di confezionamento in sottovuoto.

Nel capitolo relativo alla configurazione trovo questa frase: "press firmly on the bottom jaw seal with your thumb and make sure the interlocks extinguish and then reset".

Mi sembra di capire che con "extinguish" si intenda dire che i due interblocchi debbano annullarsi o spegnersi .... ma non sono proprio sicura.

Grazie per qualsiasi indicazione utile mi possiate dare.
