Si tratta di un tasto di un elettrocardiografo. Ecco la frase in cui l'ho trovato:

Press Custom lead 1 or Custom lead 2 to select userdefined leads. The leads are printed on manual rhythm and auto
rhythm reports.

Avevo pensato a "canale personalizzato" o "derivazione personalizzata", ma ecco il commento del mio editor:

"Can this be more generic? Custom 1 and Custom 2 have a special meaning as user-defined lead sets. These may also appear as placeholders for leads (within the custom sets) that are user-defined."
