Ciao Angioletta! Un clot è un "coagulo", tuttavia questo non rende più facile la tua traduzione. Io probabilmennte eviterei di ripetere e direi semplicemente che per "antitrombotici" in questo testo si devono intendere sia gli anticoagulanti sia gli antipiastrinici (o gli antiaggreganti piastrinici).
