Surgical access device having an inner ring to be located in a body cavity, a larger outer ring to be located externally of the body and a tubular sleeve extending between the two to provide an access channel, mainly for laparoscopic procedures, to permit a surgeons hand to pass back and forth into the body cavity and to permit organs to be removed from the body cavity, with the sleeve forming at its midpoint a seal around the arm of the surgeon or a removed organ and providing a zero closure seal at other times.

Come ho scritto in quella risposta, letteralmente il termine equivale a: "chiusura con zero permeabilità".

Infatti, Valeria. Dimenticavo proprio di aggiungere che il motivo per cui non hai trovato il termine nel glossario KudoZ sta molto probabilmente nel fatto che il termine di domanda precedente era scritto come un'unica parola. E purtroppo ProZ non ha la praticissima funzione, già da tempo attiva in Google, grazie alla quale è possibile trovare espressioni o parole composte anche quando sono "agglutinate" in un'unica parola.
