Ho appena chiesto alla mia controparte inglese. Lui afferma che la differenza è sottile, se non pressoché inesistente. L'unica differenza potrebbe essere che "sleepiness" indica una finalità (ti addormenterai), mentre "drowsiness" uno stato. Io direi "sonnolenza" e "torpore".
