Sono quelle di tipo cancello/portone elettrico esterno. Sono a scatto ma sono autobloccanti. Cioè una volta scattete in posizione non tornano all'indietro perchè la mandata è bloccata all'interno della scatoletta. Nel tuo caso lo sblocco avviene con una chiave, quindi non ci sono parti elettriche.
Latch = scatto (per quanto ruguara le serrature).
