filo di rame stagnato (con contattore cilindrico) Explanation: I'm rather puzzled about this term - maybe more context would be useful. Are they referring to the packaging of the wire? Do previous terms include packaging? I feel that the term "tinned" refers to the wire, not the barrel. And the barrel could well be a type of connector, or it could refer to the shape of the wire itself. This is really a semi-informed guess, but maybe a specialist could help! some links: Lo schermo dei cavi da discesa è generalmente eseguito con un nastro di alluminio e da fili di rame stagnato. Have you any idea what this material is used for? sorry, I don't know any more than this! |

elettrostagnato Explanation: Zinc phosphate coating for varistor - Patent 5757263- [ Traduci questa pagina ]After the zinc phosphate layer 34 has been applied, the device may be barrel plated with an electrically conductive metal, such as nickel and tin-lead, ... anche come " barrel-plating = electroplating 1. Pending the type work you have your choices are to rack plate with rack to connect the work on to, **barrel plate** using steel media for electrical contact, or get electroless or immersion plating bath. However, electroless/immersion tin baths require very specfic conditions to operate and are not whilely used and may not get the plating thickness that you want. http://www.finishing.com/Library/zemo/barrel.html Functions of barrel plating a. The primary function of barrel plating is to provide an economical means to electroplate manufactured parts that also meets the customers specific finishing requirements. b. The four most important requirements are : Engineering applications, such as building up the thickness of metal to change the physical size of a part or to provide a good surface for some other treatment such as painting or screening. Decorative coatings such as Bright Nickel, Brass, and Antiquing. Cosmetic uses such as Zinc plating to improve shelf life and saleability. But by far the most important use of barrel plating is to extend the corrosion protection of the customers' parts. IV. The plating barrel a. The two most common types of barrels are the horizontal barrel which is a hexagonally shaped cylinder and the oblique barrel which closely resembles a cement mixer in both looks and operation. b. While the barrels may be made out of virtually any material they are usually constructed of rigid polypropylene because of its chemical resistivity . -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 giorno7 ore (2007-05-22 14:41:42 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- potrebbe essere un codice, perché non mi sembra una misura. |
