"As you were" is a military drill command. If an NCO gives an order and then wishes to change it, or if he is not satisfied with the way the men react, he may give the command As you were. This tells the men to return to the earlier state and await the next command.

Explanation:
Ho cercato nel link che ti segnalo e da quel che ho capito direi che in Italia, se fossimo in ambito Esercito, si userebbe "passo!", che significa sia continuate a fare quel che state facendo (come suggerisce Paul, in quel caso marciare) sia una leggera correzione, un lieve aggiustamento (come suggerisce Mirella). Il punto però, tanto per complicarci la vita, è che il link la segnala come un comando della Marina, perciò non mi sento di tradurre con "passo!", che sarebbe la soluzione giusta in contesti "di terra", tipo fanteria eccetera. Il significato insomma mi sembra "tenete la posizione", "riprendete posizione"... insomma, il contrario di "facite ammuina". :-D
Mi sa che non ti ho aiutato un granché...
