Mi è chiaro che cosa vuol dire "air-launched", ma a parte "lanciato dall'aria" ho trovato "aviolanciato", che non so quanto possa essere usato in italiano.

Per quanto riguarda 'firing' aggiungo un'altra frase:
XX conducts a successful live firing with the YY air-to-air missile.
