Ho trovato questo: Fee Ownership Form of ownership giving the owner complete control including the development of an inheritable estate, also known as a fee estate. Fee Simple This type of ownership, which is the maximum interest a person can have in a piece of real estate, entitles the owner to use the property in any manner as long as it is in accordance with state and local laws. Fee Simple Absolute An estate limited absolutely to an owner and his/her heirs in perpetuity and without limitation, entitling the owner to all of the property involved as well as having unlimited ability to divide it among his heirs. |
