mi è capitata questa espressione in un testo di riferimento che un cliente mi ha dato tempo fa. Effettivamente, dal contesto che dai, potrebbe essere una forma di gestione esterna di determinati servizi.
Per "discounted and access only benefits" direi "vantaggi legati a sconti ed accesso esclusivo (al servizio).

Asker: Grazie Paola, si' intanto ho capito cosa significa "concirge business", ma c'e' comunque questo access-only benefits che mi sembra strano significhi di accesso esclusivo... forse dovrei aprire un altro thread...
