Su alcuni siti di centri commerciali, si parla in gergo tecnico di "medie superfici" per riferirsi agli "anchor stores" (vedi anche il riferimento alle "medie strutture di vendita" nella terza frase d'esempio riportata). E' comunque molto diffuso e accettato in italiano il termine inglese.
