Buongiorno colleghi!

Sto traducendo un contratto di distribuzione.
Il termine compare nella frase: "Company provides Distributor with **COOP Fund** in the amount of 2% of order invoice price only upon condition that Distributor also provides its similar part of COOP fund in the amount of 2% of the order invoice price."

Qui http://bit.ly/LCQaeC ho trovato qualcosa rispetto alla definizione (senza fonti, un po' scarna) ma non mi aiuta più di tanto.

Perdona ritardo risposta, ma mi sono subito dopo disconnessa.

Il dizionario Commerciale Inglese-Italiano (garzanti linguistica) da nell'elenco acronimi 'COOP' come abbreviazione di 'cooperation' (dal contesto non mi sembra sia il tuo caso) o 'cooperative', tradotto rispettivamente con 'cooperazione'; 'Cooperativa', Coop.

Se 'fondi' non ti convince per il tuo contesto puoi tranquillamente mettere 'finanziamenti per cooperative'.
Esistono i "Finanziamenti europei per le organizzazioni no-profit, le cooperative e i consorzi sociali", ma il contesto fornito è troppo poco per capire.

Asker: "Fondi" mi convince, ma avevo bisogno di sapere se per caso ne esistono di specifici applicabili per questo contesto (azienda svizzera e altra azienda che sottoscrivono contratto di distribuzione). Grazie mille e buon lavoro!
