Il significato è chiarissimo (in caso di prodotti alimentari non sicuri, le autorità hanno emanato questi avvisi), ma vorrei essere certa di utilizzare il termine giusto. Su EurLex ho trovato "allarme pubblico" ma si riferisce al terrorismo e mi pare un po' esagerato.
