-------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 ore (2018-08-27 20:19:11 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Anche "rigate/con rigature". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 ore (2018-08-27 21:28:01 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- La mia è solo un'ipotesi e quindi non ho certezze. |

"fan-blade shingling - A type of damage to turbine engine blades caused by sudden stoppage of the fan or by an overspeed condition. The midspan shrouds on the fan overlap rather than touch the face-to-face contact". Qui si tratta di un altro brevetto: "During certain abnormal events, such as a bird impact, other foreign object impact, or stalls during engine operation, the normal contact between the shrouds of adjacent blades is disturbed. The contact forces become high and misaligned due to the impacts and the shrouds become disengaged fully or partially. This is called “shingling” of the blades. Shingling causes significant wear and tear damage on the midspan shrouds. When the speed of the compressor rotor drops, the shingled blades may rebound, causing further wear and tear on the shrouds". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 ora (2018-08-27 17:40:21 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Dimenticavo il link al brevetto da cui è tratto il brano precedente: https://patents.google.com/patent/US8182228 -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 ora (2018-08-27 17:48:00 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Avevo trovato fin dall'inizio un riferimento dal portoghese che parla di pale con "rugosidade", ma oltre al fatto che non è detto che il termine si possa tradurre letteralmente anche in questo caso, non è detto che quella traduzione sia corretta, mentre i riferimenti perfettamente attendibili dall'inglese (enciclopedia e brevetto), parlano chiaramente di del fenomeno di sovrapposizione già spiegato sopra. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 ore (2018-08-27 22:20:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Errata corrige: "del fenomeno di sovrapposizione". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 ore (2018-08-27 22:23:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Ecco un esempio specifico: https://www.scribd.com/document/358335816/NAMMCESA-000040-pd... "Turn the **shingled blades** to the 12 o clock position and **unshingle** with hand force or by using a piece of wood" -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 giorno 28 min (2018-08-28 16:26:20 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Grazie mille a te Rosanna! Buon lavoro e buona serata! |
