Visto che non c'è contesto bisogna andare un po' a naso. Nella mia esperienza di solito Get a life! è un'espressione di stizza, che si rivolge a qualcuno per dirgli di tagliare corto perché quello che sta facendo non è molto apprezzato.
Quindi se dovessi scegliere al buio metterei qualcosa sulla falsa riga di:
Ma piantala.. Non rompere...
Oppure, lo potresti interpretare come un bell'insulto. Se ti dico "Get a life" ti sto dicendo che sei un perdente.
Cmq io cercherei di scoprire qualcosa di più, perché azzardando una traduzione potresti prendere un bel granchio.

get a life..di solito e' una frase di disprezzo usata per stare far azzittare qualcuno che spettegola o si occupa troppo dei fatti altrui..fatti i cavoli tuoi (il peggio di "cavoli" sarebbe l'equivalente esatto in italiano).

Anche potrebbe essere usato (molto raramente) in colloqui "fini" per indicare che la persona e' annoiata e deve trovarsi un hobby col quale far passare il tempo.

Sorry I noticed you asked in english and I should have replied as such. Wanted to tell you that the expression per se it quite vulgar in italian and a nice way to skirt the issue may be to tell some one to shut up by using the slang imperative form of the verb "tacere" or the imperative form of the verb "andare" in the sense of "go away".
In more colloquial form,( and meant in a nicer way than get a hobby, are you bored) could be "sei annoiato?"
