Ciao a tutti, il contesto non è molto. È una scena di un film. Lei è una pubblicitaria che cerca di vendere la sua campagna al cliente (che produce preservativi) e arriva trafelata alla riunione ed esordisce così:
I’m sure this town has been pitching the hell out of you, so I’m not gonna bother with that. But, I will tell you that you’ll never be number 1 as long as your customer base is 82% male.

Il senso è che probabilmente ne hanno già sentite di tutti i colori, quindi lei non sprecherà il loro tempo con i classici "agganci" (pitch) per cercare di aggiudicarsi la commessa ma verrà dritta al sodo.

'To pitch' significa pubblicizare, presentare il proprio prodotto/idee a qualcuno.

In questo caso quindi lo tradurrei cosi', nel contesto mi sembra piu' adeguato.

data l'ambientazione pubblicitaria, credo che "pitch" sia la forma verbalizzata della presentazione volta a piazzare il prodotto (vedi vari KudoZ), della "manfrina" del venditore. "Hell" amplifica e negativizza il concetto, per cui il venditore non ti dà pace, ti "fa una capa tanta"

La tipa, in pratica, dice al cliente: immaginando che non ne possa più di blablabla pubblicitari, vado dritta al punto
