La frase è molto lunga e complicata. Il contesto è filosofia femminista/ecologista, studi culturali, Science and Technology studies. Si fa riferimento alla bizzarra natura delle Pfiesteria piscicida, che hanno una memoria biochimica che si cristallizza come una sorta di eredità genetica.

E' un po' penosa soprattutto quel "referente sperimentale" che proprio non so cosa sia.
