"Il grande filosofo francese Michel Foucault (1971-1977) sosteneva che le istituzioni della modernità erano fabbriche di ordine e di certezza. Nel tempo della postmodernità non esistono più istituzioni simili. Oggi l’incertezza non viene più vinta dalla fabbriche dell’ordine ma deve essere superata da ogni individuo con i propri mezzi."
