in effetti Santa Teresa e, ad es. Tambor per un'altra espressione/titolo simile, sono destinazioni comprese nel viaggio che si svolge toccando varie tappe di stati diversi, non solo Santa Teresa o Tambor, appunto

secondo me, non è una domanda non-pro, proprio per il problema che hai posto di "with"
non ho riportato e non riporto il sito per attenermi alle regole kudoz
e comunque Santa Teresa è solo una delle tappe, il viaggio è molto più articolato

le tappe sono diverse, non una sola, per cui ho escluso "con tappa a", mentre "passando per" lascia intendere che una delle tappe è Santa Teresa
