Come diceva Paolo, la scelta ovviamente dipende anche dal tono generale del testo, dal target a cui è destinato principalmente (fascia di età, di reddito, ecc.) e dalle istruzioni al riguardo che ti ha dato il cliente.

In linea generale però trovo che oggi la seconda singolare sia molto più diffusa rispetto al lei o al voi, soprattutto in testi all'interno di app o siti Web destinati al grande pubblico. In alternativa poi c'è sempre la forma impersonale.

Es. "Se sono necessari posti specifici, si consiglia di contattare direttamente la linea aerea."
