加工油脂 Explanation: Chemically modified/altered oils/fats と同じ意味で使っていると思います。不飽和脂肪酸を水素添加すると、油脂の安定性が増すので moderated を使っても不思議ではありません。Chemically stabilised oils/fats の意味で使ったのでしょうが、言わんとするのは水素添加した「加工油脂」です。 |

化学的に減少した油脂 Explanation: If moderated is used correctly it would mean fats and oils that are reduced/controlled by chemicals. It's not a fixed term so I doubt there's a set translation into Japanese. |
