Explanation:
I asked you more info. by saying "best in what?" for obvious reason. You must provide background information by saying what he(she) is so good at. The answer I provided is not a perfect sentence as your sentence is not perfect, so I could not come up with any sensible answer. Nevertheless in order to help you further I'll give you a bit more explanation. "Saiteki" means best-fit -- cut for the job (whateve it is). However, boasting is not very acceptable behavior under Japanese social context, so you seldom say "I am the best". It is even unethical. That why you must provide more context.
