neutral  mstkwasa: Most likely a French-speaking Belgian as you suggest. Vanoverberghe being Flemish/Dutch probably ゴンザーグ・ファンオーフェルベルへ(フ) (roughly following Standaardnederlands). Depending on which Flemish region it may be ヴァンオーヴェルベルゲ(グ). Wonder how one pronounces in Fr.
