English term or phrase: No credit deductions can be taken.

This is a contract and in this section, they are talking about "Credit and Late Interest Charges". Its following sentence is "Invoices are to be paid in full and any credit notes will be reconciled by way of X issuing a credit back to Y." Does it mean that the credit limit will not be affected by late payment? Could anyone kindly explain me what it means? To be honest, I don't know why they are talking about credit notes in the following sentence while they are talking about late interest charges, either.

上の answer よりもっと良い表現があるかもしれませんが、no credit notes can be applied の意味と思います。そして、支払に使わなかった credit note の残高について次の文で述べているのではないでしょうか。クレジットリミットのことは話題になっていませんし、影響は受けないはずです。
