How should I put the "signaturies" into Japanese?
I think the writer meant the parties who signed, but is there a special Japanese term for this?

前後がわからないので何ともいえないのですが、その "We" が履行する債務によっては、連署者とも、cosigner (連帯保証人) とも取れなくないのですね... 契約書に説明がありますか?どちらか適する方を選んでくださいね。
