実は、凝集も必要がありません。そのままラテックス免疫比濁法でOKです。

が、文脈によって、方法について詳しく説明するとき、ラテックスにより増強されたとか、増強法の場合、ラテックスを使うとか訳すれば、大丈夫と思います。

ここでの「-enhanced」は「感作」のことですね。
