Reference: A series of filters, one after the other Reference information: Here is a reference that may help you to understand the concept of a "filter train". Essentially, it's a series of filters (whether it's the same kind of filter or different kinds of filters) all applied to the same process. You could probably translate the term as "a series of filters" if you are translating this into Japanese. In particular, look at page 5 of the reference given. HTH.
