Rawという言葉自体が、記憶媒体、転送技術のテクニカルタームとして定着しているので、日本語に訳されることはまれだと思います。下記のように後ろに生であることの意味が明確に分かる修飾がついている場合には生のと訳されている例がありますが、少ない部類に入ると思います。

生の NAND 読み取りおよび書き込みデータ レートに近いファイル システム パフォーマンスを達成できます
