生物学の分野のひとつであるBioinformaticsに基づいて訳してみました。バイオ情報工学(Bioinformatics)によって開発された物質という意味ではないでしょうか。バイオ情報工学とはいわゆるコンピューター上でDNAのデザイン､組替えなどの研究をすることによってエラーや研究日数などの削減が可能な分野だと思います。ですから従来のような試験管や歳月の伴う研究からではなく､Up-to-dateな研究法である､コンピューター上で開発された､という意味だと思います。

また全くの勘ですが､informは辞書に"to give material form to‾" という意味が出ており､bio-とは最近ではそのままバイオ〜と訳されているので”バイオ生産された”という訳もどうでしょうか。

これはコピー的な文章のようですが、バイオテクノロジーの硬いイメージをバイオと省略しているので、私は「知恵」という言葉をつけくわえることでソフトなイメージを試みました。
バイオはバイオロジーの略かもしれません。
