least count 最小測定単位 Explanation: 最小測定単位 (or simply 最小単位) is the most versatile as it can be used for any measuring instrument. 最小目盛り is also possible. As for micrometer and vernier, 最小読取値 is also used, but it's hardly used for other instruments. |
