English term or phrase: My treat!

I'd like to know, how to properly translate this phrase into Japanese, so there would be no misunderstanding by the Japanese listener. This is used, when at a restaurant one guest announces to the other guest(s) at the table, that he will pick up the tab, he will pay the check.

So he's saying, that it's his treat = he is treating the other guest(s) to this dinner, lunch or drinks.
He is treating. = He is inviting the other(s).

So how would a Japanese person announce to somebody else, that he will pay? This announcement can be made already in the restaurant at the table or even before going there or on their way to the restaurant.

Polite way: こちらで持ちます。こちら持ちです。
Friendly: If a man is treating his girl friend for dinner/lunch or tea:おれの（ぼくの）驕りです。僕が払います。僕が持つよ。奢るよ。払うよ。僕のゴチね。
Casual: If a woman is treating his girl friend for dinner/lunch or tea:私が払うわ。私が（払いは）持つわ。
Casual: If a young woman is treating her girl friend for dinner/lunch or tea: 私の奢りね。私が御馳してあげる。
「こちらがご招待いたします。」招待(entertain) may imply that he/she will pay.
