Explanation:
スポーツ統括団体には国際/国内のレベルがある国内統括団体があるということですので、このような訳でいかがでしょうか。日本では「国内の」という代わりに「中央」（地方に対比して全国を統括する中央組織レベルという意味で）や「全国（的）」という言葉も使われるようですが、国際レベルとの比較に欠けるところがあります。国内向け（全国-地方の比較）の文章であるか、国際向け（英国-世界の比較）の文章であるかによって、変わるのではないかと思います。

「National」は必ずしも訳さなければならないとは限らないかもしれません。英国内向けの文章であれば、「各スポーツ統括団体」で足りるかもしれません。また、国際的なものであれば、思い切って、「英国（の）各スポーツ統括団体」としてしまってもいいのでは？

Yumico Tanaka (X): bodiesですから「各」は必要ですね。NGBsのほうではなく、bodiesの複数形を重視しました。

-> NGBsとacronymで使われているとNationaｌもl固有名詞のように見えがちですが、普通名詞が3語から構成されていて、いちいち書くと長いので、NGBｓとしただけだと思います（よくあることです）。ですので、governing bodyという分類に役立つ普通名詞があって（つまり、日本だったら日本水泳競技連盟がこの例にあたる）、それに国際か国内かの区別をしているだけだと思います。ごていねいなお返事をいただき、ありがとうございました。
