English term or phrase: flaming row
Don't tell me ? they've had another flaming row, right?

I think flaming is a kind of arguement or fight.
I can't undestand "row".

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

M: Sorry I'm late honey. I've been on the phone all afternoon
with Tonia.

G: What's the matter this time? Don't tell me ? they've had
another flaming row, right?

M: Yep. She called up in a flood of tears because Darren finally
walked out on her. He's been threatening to leave for ages but
I don't think she ever imagined he would actually do it.

G: If you ask me, it's long overdue. I don't know how the guy has
been able to put up with Tonia's insecurities for so long.

M: Yeah, she can be emotional at the best of times. But she is a
lovely girl at heart and she has tried to work hard at her
marriage.

G: That may be so, but she was always taking out her frustrations
on Darren, poor guy. He's handled it well up till now but I
think the fact that he's finally left her is a pretty sure sign
that that marriage is kaput.

M: I hate to say it, but I think you're right.

Explanation:

Explanation:
